Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. QuoteTic runs in the phone's browser. Add it to the home screen and it opens like any other app. Each phone needs signal the first time; after that it works without.
Can I start without a price list?
Yes. Your team can survey and print a scope of work on day one. Add your rates when you're ready, by hand or pasted from Excel, and quoting switches on as you go.
What does my client see?
A quotation with your logo, your company name, your terms and your prices. QuoteTic stays off your letterhead; its only mark is one small grey line in the footer, and you can switch that off.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your surveys and quotes stay there for you to view and print. To keep adding new ones, choose a plan.
Who can see our surveys?
Only the people you invite. Owners, admins and office staff see every survey; each surveyor sees only their own. Nobody from another company can see anything of yours.
Does QuoteTic use AI?
Optionally. A "Tidy this note" button can turn a rushed field note or photo caption into a clearer one. You always see the suggestion before it's used, and can ignore it. That note's text is sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate the suggestion — nothing else about your survey is shared.
